In addition to private practice, Kim is also the clinical director at Family Strategies. Aspire Counseling shares office space with Family Strategies.
As the clinical director she plans and creates curriculum specifically tailored to meet the needs of a variety of clientele. She manages marketing, facilities, programming, staff, and provides supervised work experience to associate level clinicians seeking licensure in the State of Arizona.
Family Strategies has a variety diverse and highly trained clinicians with many different strengths and specialty training.
Sexual Addiction and Betrayal Recovery
SABR is a program offered at Family Strategies Counseling Center for individuals struggling with sexual addiction/compulsivity and their betrayed partners and/or loved ones. SABR also includes specific and individualized programming for high school boys struggling with compulsive sexual behaviors with included programming for their parents called Band of Brothers. Specialized programming for single adult men ages 18-26 who are struggling with sexual compulsivity called Tribe is also available through SABR.

Kim is a Certified Sex Addiction Therapist through IITAP. CSAT’s receive extensive training in the treatment of individuals struggling with compulsive sexual behaviors and their betrayed partners and family members. IITAP provides many resources such as assessment tools and a large referral network to aid in healing process.

Kim is a certified LifeSTAR network provider through the SABR program at Family Strategies Counseling Center. LIfeSTAR materials and curriculum are utilized as part of the overall SABR program.
Sex and Relationship Healing
Kim facilitates free webinars offering expert education and insight as it relates to the healing of betrayal and relationship trauma from the new prodependent perspective. She has partnered with Dr. Robert Weiss to provide both a clinical guide and general workbook for prodependence-based treatment for loved ones and partners of addicts in 2019.
